Our fees are paid thru splitting the commission already being paid
to the Owners Agent.In Arizona, similar to many states, prospective renters and buyers of commercial real estate may choose to have an agent represent their interests exclusively. This gives those prospects the confidence that they will have a voice on their side in negotiations with the Sellers or Sellers Agent.
Sellers Agents are committed to the Sellers (Owners & Landlord). They do their best to get the maximum price and terms for the Owner or Landlord.Dual Agents (representing both seller and buyer) often find that they are positioned between two viewpoints and are challenged in providing a stronger advantage to either party. Tenant and Buyer Agents are focused on people, not products. They identify what fits the Client, not how the Client fits in an Agents listing. Their goal is to satisfy the prospective Tenant and/or prospective Buyers Objectives. Tenant and Buyer Agents are paid by splitting the commission that is normally paid in full to the Owners Agent. This does not increase the cost to the Tenant or Buyer, as the commission would of been paid anyway (in full to the Owners Agent). Jeffrey H. Jennings,P.C., Associate Broker, ProStar Realty, has been in Arizona since 1970 and has resided in Metropolitan Phoenix since 1981. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University with degrees in Finance and Marketing. Additionally, he received a Masters Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Specialized areas of study include his completion of IREM Property Management Curriculum and obtainment of his private pilot license.
In addition to being a licensed real estate agent since 1980, Jeff spent his first years in business with a Savings and Loan as a Branch Manager and Loan Officer. In the early 1980's he joined a commercial development firm as Director of Finance, Corporate Secretary. Today, Jeff has a practice established with ProStar Realty in Phoenix. Since joining ProStar in 1996, he has focused exclusively on Tenant and Buyer Representation. Each year, he represents dozens of Clients in the areas of Office, Industrial, Retail, and land acquisition. Clients have included Fortune 1000 Companies as well as many small entrepreneurial startups. Jeff earned ProStar's Top Producer of the Year Awards for 1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005 and top commercial producer for 2006.
